Who is responsible for your data

NAE Group Sweden AB (org.nr 556262-8494), Stigbergsliden 5B, Göteborg, Sweden, is the data controller for the personal data described in this notice. If you have questions, contact us at info@nae.group.

When you apply for a job

When you send an application to jobs@nae.group, we process the information you choose to share with us, for example:

• name, email address, phone number and other contact details
• CV, cover letter, education and work experience
• notes from interviews and, if you agree, information from references you provide

Please do not include sensitive information, such as health information or your national identity number, unless we specifically ask for it.

Why we process your data, and our legal basis

We use your data to assess your application, contact you and carry out the recruitment process. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in recruiting the right people, and steps taken at your request before entering into an employment contract (Article 6.1(f) and 6.1(b) GDPR).

If you would like us to keep your application for future vacancies, we only do so with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who can see your data

Your application is only available to the people involved in the recruitment, such as HR and the hiring manager, within the NAE Group. We use IT and email providers who process data on our behalf under data processing agreements. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone for marketing purposes.

If any of our providers process data outside the EU/EEA, we make sure there is a legal basis for the transfer, such as the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep your data

We keep your application for as long as the recruitment is ongoing, and then for up to 24 months so that we can respond to any legal claims related to the recruitment. After that, the data is deleted. If you have consented to us keeping your application for future vacancies, we keep it for as long as stated in that consent.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• have incorrect data corrected
• have your data deleted, or its use restricted
• object to our processing based on legitimate interest
• withdraw your consent at any time, where processing is based on consent

Contact info@nae.group to use your rights. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se, or to the data protection authority in the country where you live or work, for example Datatilsynet in Denmark.

This website

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking, and does not load content from third parties such as Google — fonts and images are hosted with the site. Our hosting provider processes technical data, such as IP addresses, for a short time to deliver the website and protect it against attacks.
